Terms of participation

Taking part in InMyDarkroom is free. These are the rules, the same ones you see before you upload your darkroom.

Who can take part. You can take part if you're 18 or over and have a darkroom, your own or a shared one.

The photos remain yours. You only give InMyDarkroom permission to show them, free of charge and non-exclusive: you can use them wherever you like. We never sell them or pass them on to anyone.

You're responsible for your photos. Only upload photos that are yours, or that you have full rights to use. If other people can be recognised, it means you have their explicit permission to use the photos and upload them to InMyDarkroom. You alone are responsible for the photos you upload: we look at them before publishing, but we trust what you tell us.

If someone complains. If someone reports a problem with a photo, for example because they're in it and didn't give permission, we look at it and remove it. If that happens, we'll write to you.

If you change your mind. You can delete your darkroom whenever you like from "My darkroom": it disappears from the site and we don't use it in new posts.

If you see a problem. At the bottom of every page you'll find "Report a problem", which you can use even if you're not part of InMyDarkroom.
